Enhancement of Biological Activities of Acer mono and A. okamotoanum by Ultrasonification Extract Process

초록

영어

The experiments compared the effects of Acer mono and A. okamotoanum extracts on biological activities according to different extraction conditions. In this study, scavenging activity of Acer mono and A. okamotoanum extracts by ultrasonification at 60℃ has the highest activity at about 59.74% and 62.33%, respectively this activity was higher than butylated hidroxy anisole (BHA). Angiotensin Converting Enzyme(ACE) activity was inhibited up to about 50 to 60% by adding the ethyl alcohol extracts with ultrasonification process. Especially, the A. okamotoanum extracts showed the highest activity at about 60.8% inhibition. Inhibition of α-glucosidase activity of the extract at 100℃, water extract at 60℃ with ultrasonification, ethyl alcohol extract at 60℃, ethyl alcohol extract at 60℃ with ultrasonification of Acer mono and A. okamotoanum were in the range of 52.99 to 73.25% in adding 1.0mg/mℓ. The extracts by ultrasonification process of A. okamotoanum showed the highest inhibition ratio. As a result, ultrasonificaion process maintained higher biological activities than other conventional processes. And Acer okamotoanum extract from this process had better biological activities than Acer mono extracts
