This study was to investigate the effects of the 'Yak-Son Therapy' abdominal massage on the stress relaxation by analyzing changes of the brain wave. Ten women in their 20's and 30's who were stressful state and had not taken any medication before on the were chosen for the study. They were in a sitting position and not allowed to talk or move during the measurement the brain wave. After the massage, the stress quotient was changed statistically and this showed that stress relaxation quotient was risen by 'Yak-Son Therapy abdominal massage. Fundamental rhythmic quotient and autoregulation quotient were also changed statistically and muscle tension was diminished on the abdominal region. Attention quotient, activity quotient, emotion quotient, stress quotient, right and left brain balance quotient, and brian quotient all increased statistically. This means that stress was reduced and stress quotient was increased relatively. Taken all together, the data presented in this thesis have given an evidence that 'Yak-Son Therapy' abdominal massage has an effect on relieving stress. Therefore, it is concluded that 'Yak-Son Therapy' abdominal massage might be a good method for modern people who suffered from lots of stress.
