This study to which it sees in order to examine closely the effect where the walking exercise for 8weeks a period in body region of 20 women's and the decrease of body fat, body weight with the change of the body circum- ference about under selecting the resultant weight which executes the week 3 walking exercise average 2.69kg decrease and the muscle quantity average 0.34 increase, BMI average 1.03 decrease and fundamental important matter quantity side germ 7.86 increase, the abdomen and the fleshy inside of the thigh, arm, the circumference of the hip 4.04cm, 1.9cm, 0.45cm and 1.73cm was diminished 7object person respectively. It shows the result where of as usual step all the walking exercise rapid pace effective method is judged very in obesity treatment and healthy increase of 20 women all.
