TOEIC has been recently used for many purposes such as criteria for gaining a job and promotions in companies etc. Most university students are considering scores of this test as a significant tool to apply for a better job. Therefore, since it is widely used for practical purposes, it is reasonable to analyze the TOEIC in light of English education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between listening comprehension and reading comprehension by analysing TOEIC scores. TOEIC scores of 559 university students were used for analysis. In this study, correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between listening comprehension and reading comprehension. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) listening comprehension was closely related to reading comprehension (2) language ability of grammar and vocabularies also has a close relationship to listening comprehension.
