This situation is occurring not only in the downtown area but also in university towns. But the performance is very different. Because of legislation about airtightness performance. So this study will measure the airtightness performance in apartment of university towns, and will calculate the times of ventilation. And we will study heating performance and air conditioning depending on airtightness performance.
