The role and function of the facility asset in the knowledge and information-oriented society are getting important so that they need to manage to collect and arrange the data to utilize efficiently. Especially, a university is the space that various actives are mutually connected and multiply occurred. Therefore, it is necessary for an integrated facility management system if
management of university facility and status is considered as the assets that is efficiently administered and emerge from concept of a simple information or maintenance management. However, the establishment of manage school affairs in domestic universities are almost complete so that it is being efficiently utilized in various works, while the use of integrated facility
management system is incomplete. Hence, this study researches on the status and future plan of facility management in the universities and then it will provide basic data to introduce a integrated facility management system of the universities.
