Our country about earthquake is thought generally in the safety zone and is come but when for a few years the non-loach seeing the occurrence of earthquake recently, the possibility where the earthquake of the large scale will be able to bring about a big damage in life and the society and economic system will occur that always exists, is a possibility of seeing. Consequently
the various facility which includes the infrastructure is safe even in the severe earthquake, in order description below from the earthquake-proof plan absolutely is necessary. The case which will accomplish an earthquake-proof plan the process which is most important the earthquake load which merges the parties the low of the mountaintop is the thing about the infrastructure.
From the present paper observed about the earthquake load which follows in KBC 2008 standards and saw and the downtown new frame and eccentricity in the horizontal resistance system which is representative tried to compare about the new frame
about unit year in earthquake load .
