Recently, Environmental Sound and Sustainable Development is becoming the issue of the world-wide. The environmental concern is converted from green to sustainability concept in international. And gradually, Green Building Certification System is becoming fixed since effective date to 2002 year in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study consider that ecological
elements, application condition and characteristics of dimension residential complex.
The search for notable feature about application techniques in residential complex that consider theoretical survey and ecological project characteristics by documentary survey.
