The dimensions of dextran gel fiber described by the Ogston-Laurent gel model were estimated for Sephadex G gels. The length of fibers are ranging from 12.48x1012(G-200) cm/ml. The radius of gel fiber and the partial specific volume of dextran gel are 7.21[{licms?]10-8cm and 0.586 ml/g, respectively.
