In order to increase the oxygen transfer in a bioreactor for animal cell culture, a penluorocarbon, FlutecR ppll was used in a modified Celligen CelligemTM. Also, the effects of ppll on the hybridoma cell growth and on the production of monoclonal antibody were investigated. There was no harmful effect of ppl1 on the cell growth and on the production of monoclonal antibody.

동물세포배양을 위한 생물반응기내의 산소전달을 증가시키기 위하여 과불소탄소화물의 한 종류인 FlutecR pp11을 수정된 CelligemTM 생물반응기내에서 사용하였다. 또한, pp11이 하이브리도마 세포성장과 모노클로날 항체 생산에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으나 pp11의 나쁜 영향을 찾아볼 수 없었다.
