The purpose of this research is to derive the basic direction and strategy of the instructional design for creative problem solving with the Christian perspective, and based on this, to develop the creative problem solving learning model on online and offline blended learning environment. For this, I researched the educational theory of christian scholars such as Brummelen and VanDyk focusing on creative problem solving and instructional design, and examined the concepts and characteristics of the creative problem solving supposed by Traffinger and Feldhusen and so on. And finally searched the framework of the essential value and direction and the strategy of the design for creative problem solving Christian model. And then deducted the module blueprint of the final creative problem solving Christian learning model that was applied and implemented in blended learning surroundings for church Sunday school, public school and college courses. The expected effects of the Creative Problem Solving Christian Model in the education field are the followings. First, It leads to the development of the gifts and talents of the students who are required to be the responsible disciples having the knowledge, ability and responsible action. Second, It enhances the creativity and problem solving of the students. Third, It provides the individual learning adjusting to each learner’s’ unique characteristic and learning style. Fourth, It affects on the learner’s tendency and action, and provides the learning environment centered on the learner’s experience. Lastly, It provides the thinking tools like brainstorming and trains to solve the problems in daily lives.

본 연구의 목적은 창의적 문제해결 학습을 위한 기독교적 관점을 지닌 교수설계의 기본 방향과 전략을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 온라인과 오프라인을 연계한 창의적 문제해결 기독교 학습모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 브루멜른과 반다이크의 기독교적 관점에서의 창의적 문제해결과 관련된 교육이론을 고찰하고, 트레핑거, 펠드후센 등이 제안한 창의적 문제해결의 개념과 특징을 살핀 후에 설계의 기본 틀이 되는 창의적 문제해결 기독교 학습모형의 핵심가치와 설계의 방향과 전략을 탐색하였다. 그리고 지역교회의 어린이 선교학교, 일반 중학교, 그리고 대학교 수업의 온라인과 오프라인을 연계한 블랜디드러닝 환경에 적용, 실행할 수 있는 창의적 문제해결 기독교 학습모형을 도출하였다. 교육 현장에서의 창의적 문제해결 기독교 학습모형의 효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자들이 실제 삶 속에서 책임감 있는 제자가 되기 위해 필요한 지식, 능력, 그리고 책임감 있는 행동으로 이끄는 성향을 형성하고 재능과 은사를 개발하도록 이끈다. 둘째, 학습자들의 창의성과 문제해결력을 향상시킨다. 셋째, 학습자 각각의 독특한 개성에 맞는 개별학습을 제공한다. 넷째, 학습자의 성향에 영향을 미치고 행동에 변화를 주기 위해 학습자의 경험이 중심이 되는 학습 환경을 제공한다. 마지막으로, 브레인스토밍을 포함한 여러 사고 기법의 사용을 통해 개인과 집단에서의 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 훈련한다.
