본 연구는 KANO-AHP 모델을 적용하여 연안 관광지에서의 CPTED (범죄예방환경설계) 요구 사항을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 대상지로는 매년 다수의 관광객이 방문하는 부산을 대표하는 관광지인 이기대 공원을 선정하였다. 특히, 이 공원은 아름다운 해양 경관과 역사·문화적 요소로 인해 많은 관광객을 끌어들이며, 해변 산책로는 야외 활동을 선호하는 이들 사이에서 인기가 높다. 그러나 최근 안전과 관련된 사건이 빈번하게 발생하면서, 안전한 환경을 조성하기 위한 대책 마련이 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산 이기대 공원에서 발생할 수 있는 잠재적 범죄 요소를 규명하고, 이를 예방하기 위한 설계 및 환경적 요소를 종합적으로 분석하고자 한다. 먼저, KANO 모델을 활용하여 관광객의 요구 사항을 매력 요구, 기대 요구, 필수 요구로 분류하였으며, 관광지 안전 요소의 우선순위를 AHP(계층적 분석법)를 통해 도출하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 부산 이기대 공원의 CPTED 핵심 요구를 평가하였으며, 최종적으로 부산 이기대 공원의 CPTED 요구 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 해당 지역의 잠재적 범죄 행위를 효과적으로 감소시키고, 범죄율을 낮추며, 지역의 안전성을 향상하기 위한 이론적 토대를 제공하였다. 이는 더 많은 관광객을 유치하고 더 높은 관광 가치를 창출하는 데 이바지할 것이다.
This study analyzes the CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) requirements of coastal tourist destinations using the KANO-AHP model. The research site selected is Busan’s Igidae Park, which is one of the city's representative tourist destinations, attracting many visitors annually. Igidae Park, known for its stunning marine scenery and historical-cultural elements, draws numerous tourists, while the coastal walking trails are popular among outdoor enthusiasts. However, recent incidents related to safety have raised concerns, highlighting the urgent need for creating a safer environment. This research aims to systematically analyze potential crime factors in Busan Igidae Park and the design and environmental elements needed to prevent them. First, the KANO model was used to categorize tourists' requirements, classifying the necessary safety elements into attractive, expected, and essential requirements. Then, through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the priority of each requirement was analyzed. Through this analysis, the core CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) requirements of Busan's Igidae Park were evaluated, and the essential CPTED elements for the park were identified. Based on these findings, theoretical support is provided to effectively reduce potential criminal activities in the area, lower crime rates, and enhance the region's safety. This, in turn, contributes to attracting more tourists and creating greater tourism value.
