본 연구에서는 근로복지넷 EAP 상담을 일정기간 이용하고 사전·사후 측정에 모두 응한 대상자를 실험군으로 중소기업 재직자이면서 실험군과 같은 기간 동안 상담을 받지 않은 집단을 대조군으로 하여 치료효과인 근로복지넷 EAP 개인 상담 서비스의 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 실험군에서는 다음과 같은 변인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 개선이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개선을 보인 요인은 자기이해, 자존감, 정보제공(문제해결에 필요한 정보수준), 새로운 조망, 직무관련 대인관계, 관리능력, 경력관리, 감정정화, 우울증상, 신체화증상 하위요인으로 나타났다. 역할과부하 변인과 가족관계 변인의 개선은 유의미하지 않았다. 이후 본 연구의 의의와 한계에 대해 논의하였다.
In this study, we aimed to confirm the effect of the Labor Welfare Net EAP counseling service, which is the treatment effect, by using the Labor Welfare Net EAP counseling clients for a certain period of time and for whom pre- and post-measurements were obtained as the experimental group, and a group that was employees of small and medium-sized businesses but had not received counseling during the same period as the control group. did. According to the research results, there was statistically significant improvement in the experimental group in the following subfactors. Factors that showed improvement were self-understanding, self-esteem, information provision (level of information needed to solve problems), new perspective, job-related interpersonal relationships, management ability, career management, emotional purification, depressive symptoms, and somatization symptom subfactors. Improvements in family relationships and role overload variables were not significant. Afterwards, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed.
