This study focuses on elucidating the role of servicescape in bakery cafes. Specifically, it aims to investigate how various aspects of the servicescape influence customer perceptions of value and satisfaction in bakery cafes, as well as the subsequent impact on overall customer satisfaction levels. Given the rising competition in the bakery cafe sector, which combines elements of traditional cafes and bakeries, understanding these dynamics is crucial for enhancing competitiveness and devising effective marketing strategies. Previous research has established that servicescape significantly affects customer perceptions and satisfaction. Therefore, this study endeavors to identify key determinants of customer satisfaction within bakery cafes, providing insights essential for industry practitioners and operators.
