The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a 8 week proprioceptive training program on muscle strength factors, gait ability, dynamic balance in elderly women farmers. The subjects who participated in this study were 36 elderly farmers aged 65 older who women farmers divided into exercise group(n=18) and control groups(n=18). This program includes 8 exercises with the Swiss ball as unstable training tools that were designed to program proprioceptive training. The training program improved chair stand, 10m walking, 3m foot up and go, and walking in place The results show that 8 weeks proprioception training program in older adults is effective in muscle strength, gait ability and dynamic balance. As a suggestion based on the research results, further research will be needed on the effects of intrinsic acceptance exercise on indicators related to sarcopenia and cardiovascular factors in elderly women farmers.
