농업은 국가 경제의 기초이며 농촌 경제는 현대 경제 시스템의 중요한 부분이다. 농촌 활성화 전략을 실행하는 것은 현대 경제 시스템을 구축하는 데 있어 최우선 과제이다. 중국 인구 14억 명 중 5억 명의 농민이 70만 개의 농촌에 분포하고 있다. 2023년 중국 1호 문서의 발표는 최근 경제 발전의 초점이 농촌 활성화와 산업 번영에 있음을 보여준다. 본 논문은 지역 특성에 따라 산둥성과 절강성의 4개 농촌을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으며, 계층분석법을 이용하여 산업경제, 문화개발, 환경 및 기반시설, 정책지원 등 4가지 상위요인과 12가지 하위요인에서 마을 경제 발전요소의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과 상위 3개 요인은 정부‧지자체 지원, 주민참여, 관광산업이고 하위 3개 요인은 주거환경, 문화활동, 문화상품이다. 역시 농촌 경제 발전에 정부의 정책지원이 제일 중요하다는 것이다. 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 4개 마을의 성숙 요소와 미비 요소를 분석하여 각자 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 향후 중국 농촌발전은 선진국 경험을 바탕으로 실제 상황과 결합하여 사회주의 시장 경제 체제하에 잘 발전해 나갈 수 있는 전환점이 되기를 기대한다.
Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, and rural economy is an important part of modern economic system. To carry out the strategy of enlivening rural areas is the primary task of constructing modern economic system. Of China's 1.4 billion people, 500 million farmers are spread across 700,000 rural areas. The publication of Document No. 1 China 2023 shows that the focus of China's recent economic development is rural revitalization and industrial prosperity. According to regional characteristics, this paper selects 4 rural areas in Shandong and Zhejiang as research objects, and analyzes the priority order of economic development among 4 upper factors and 12 lower factors, including industrial economy, cultural development, environment and infrastructure, and policy support, using the hierarchical analysis method. According to the analysis, the top three were government and local government support, resident participation, and tourism. In other words, government policy support is the most important for the development of rural economy. On the basis of the data analysis results, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four villages, and puts forward their respective development plans. It is hoped that in the future, China's rural areas can build on the experience of rural development in developed countries and combine with the actual situation, so that 500 million farmers and their families can live a rich life under the socialist market economy system.
