본 연구는 러시아-우크라이나의 전쟁이 진행되는 국제관계 분석과 나아가 전쟁에 대한 중국의 입장에 관한 분석 및 연구를 진행했다. 전쟁의 현 상황에 대한 분석과 전쟁 이전부터 중국이 유럽과 아시아권 국가를 대상으로 진행하고 있던 일대일로 프로젝트를 바탕으로 전쟁과 경제전략의 연관성에 대한 분석을 진행한다. 주요 연구 방법으로 문헌 고찰과 논문분석을 주로 활용하여 본 연구 진행하였다. 과거 2000년대부터 현재까지 러시아-우크라이나를 포함한 주변국의 관계 연구 자료 및 중국과 관련된 문헌자료 및 논문을 주요 연구 방법으로 진행했다. 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁 초기부터 미국을 위시한 서방 사회 국가들과 중국을 포함한 공산권 국가의 대리전쟁 진행 양상 속에서 국제사회적으로 복잡하게 연관된 중국의 국가적 입장에 처한 상황에 있다. 전쟁이 거듭 진행될수록 국제사회 여론이 러시아에 불리한 입장에 있음에 같은 공산권 국가인 중국의 경우도 러시아에 대한 소극적인 자세를 나타낸다. 이에 따라 러시아와 연관성이 깊은 중앙아시아 국가들의 경우 러시아에 대한 경제, 군사적 협력, 의존 관계에 있음에도 불구하고 전쟁에 대한 직접적 지원과 군사력개입 선택 없이 각각의 자국에 유리한 입장을 선택하는 형태로 전쟁에 대한 소극적이고 모호한 입장을 보인다. 중국 주도의 21C 국제사회에 추진 중인 일대일로 프로젝트를 통해 경제적 공동체 형성 노력을 통한 경제적 이익 효과 기대뿐만 아니라 미국, 서방 사회와 관계 또한 우호적인 관계 형성을 통한 자국 이익의 방향성을 추구한다. 게다가 현재 전쟁 중인 러시아-우크라이나 모두 경제 교역 협력 국가이기 때문에 전쟁에 대한 중국의 입장 연구의 필요성을 강조한다. 이를 통해 전쟁 진행 간 국제사회 패권 국가들의 패권 경쟁 대립이 진행 중이다. 원활한 국제사회 관계 유지 및 자국 이익을 우선시하는 전략적 방향성에 대한 확인을 통해 중국의 입장에 대한 결과를 바탕으로 나아가 중국의 입장에 대한 연구를 정리하여 한국도 경제적, 정치적으로 복합적인 상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 연구를 진행하는 것이 중요함을 강조한다. 또한 적절한 정보를 적시에 제공하여 국제사회 관계에서 국가적 방향성에 참고할 필요함이 강조됨을 중요시된다.
This study analyzed the international relationship between Russia and Ukraine and further analyzed and studied China's position on the war. The analysis of the current state of the war and the relationship between war and economic strategies is conducted based on the One Belt, One Road project that China has been conducting for European and Asian countries before the war. This study was conducted by mainly using literature review and thesis analysis as the main research methods. From the 2000s to the present, research data on relations with neighboring countries including Russia-Ukraine war and literature data and papers related to China have been conducted as major research methods. Since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war, Western social countries, including the United States, and communist countries, including China, have been in a national position that is intricately related to the international community amid the progress of the proxy war. As the war progresses, international public opinion is unfavorable to Russia, and China, the same communist country, also shows a passive attitude toward Russia. Accordingly, Central Asian countries that are closely related to Russia have a passive and ambiguous position on the war in the form of choosing a position favorable to each country without direct support and choice of military intervention, despite having economic, military cooperation, and dependence on Russia.Through the One Belt, One Road project being promoted by the 21C international community led by China, it not only expects economic benefits through efforts to form an economic community, but also pursues the direction of its own interests through friendly relations with the United States and Western society. Moreover, since both Russia and Ukraine, which are currently at war, are economic and trade partners, it emphasizes the need to study China's position on the war. Through this, there is a confrontation between the hegemonic countries of the international community during the war. It is emphasized that it is important to conduct research based on the results of China's position by organizing research on Korea's position so that Korea can flexibly cope with complex economic and political situations by maintaining smooth international community relations and confirming the strategic direction that prioritizes its own interests. It is also judged that it is necessary to refer to the direction of international community relations by providing appropriate information.
