본 논문은 중동부 유럽의 지속 가능한 생태환경 달성을 위한 녹색 전환 노력과 ANRAV-CCUS 프로젝트의 중요성을 탐구하여 한국에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. EU 및 중동부 유럽 국가의 기후 변화 대응 전략과 탈탄소화 목표에 대한 개요를 제공하며, 목표 달성에 있어 ANRAV 프로젝트의 중요성을 분석하며 프로젝트의 기술적, 경제적, 환경적 측면을 자세히 조명하고, CO₂ 포집, 활용 및 저장(CCUS) 기술의 발전을 심층적으로 다룬다. ANRAV 프로젝트의 사례를 통해 중동부 유럽 지역의 녹색 전환과 생태주의 목표 달성에 대한 실질적인 통찰과 정책적 제언을 제공하고자 한다.
This paper aims to explore the efforts towards sustainable ecological environments in Central and Eastern Europe through green transition initiatives, with a particular focus on the significance of the ANRAV-CCUS project, deriving implications for South Korea. It provides an overview of the climate change response strategies and decarbonization targets of the European Union and Central and Eastern European countries, analyzing the critical role of the ANRAV project in achieving these goals. The paper delves into the technical, economic, and environmental aspects of the project, offering a comprehensive examination of the advancements in CCUS technologies. Through the case study of the ANRAV project, this research aims to provide substantive insights and policy recommendations for achieving green transition and ecocentric goals in the Central and Eastern European region.
