교육학 영역에는 이론과 실제의 영역이 존재한다. 그리고 이러한 이론과 실제의 관계는 교육학 영역에서 지속적으로 논의되어 왔다. 이 연구는 예비교사의 참관실습 경험을 이방인의 관점에서 탐구하여 그들의 경험을 통해 이론과 실제의 관계를 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 질적 접근을 통해 예비교사의 참관실습 경험의 영역과 이방인으로 예비교사가 경험하는 참관실습의 경험적 주제들을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과 참관실습의 경험의 영역은 크게 공식적 영역과 비공식적 영역이 존재하고 있었으며, 참관실습의 경험적 주제들은 ‘이론의 세계에서 출발 준비’, ‘실제에서의 경험’, ‘돌아온 이론의 세계’로 구성되어 있었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 교육학 영역에서 이론과 실제의 통합을 추구하는데 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
In the field of education, there are areas of theory and practice. And this relationship between theory and practice has been continuously discussed in the field of education. This study sought to explore the observation practicum experiences of pre-service teachers as a stranger and the relationship between theory and practice through their experiences. To this end, this study used a qualitative approach to derive the domains and experiential themes of the pre-service teachers' observation practicum experience as strangers. As a result of the study, the area of observation practice experience largely existed in formal and informal domains, and the experiential themes of observation practicum was constructed with 'preparation to depart from the world of theory', 'experience in practical world', and 'return to the world of theory'. The results of this study may provide meaningful implications
