본 연구에서는 ｢한일양국의 언어･비언어행동의이해｣교과목의 운영현황보고 및 이문화커뮤니케이션 관련교과목에 관한 학습자별 니즈분석을 행하였다. 그 결과, 일본어전공유무와는 관계없이, 유사한 결과를 보이는 항목도 있었으나, 전공별로 상당히 다른 경향을 보이는 항목들도 다수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 동일교과목임에도 불구하고, 일본어전공유무에 의해 수업에 대한 니즈가 상당수 다르게 나타난다는 점은 본교과목이 전공교과목으로 개설되는 경우와, 타전공생의 비율이 높은 교양교과목으로 개설되는 경우에 있어, 효율적 수업방식 및 학습내용에 다양화가 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 이러한 결과는 금후, 일본취업을 목표로 하는 일본어전공생과 비전공생에게 있어 ‘이문화커뮤니케이션’교육방법에 효율적 모델을 제시할 수 있을 것이라 판단하고 있다.
In this study, we reported on the current status of the administration of the “Understanding of Korean and Japanese linguistic and non-linguistic” subjects and analyzed the needs of each learner in subjects related to cross-cultural communication. As a result, it was confirmed that there were some items that showed similar results regardless of whether they majored in Japanese or not, but there were also many items that showed quite different trends depending on the major. Even though it is the same subject, the needs related to classes are quite different depending on whether or not the Japanese major is majored. It suggests that diversification is necessary for efficient teaching methods and learning contents when students are taught. These results obtained through this research are judged to be able to present an efficient model for the educational method of “cross-cultural communication” for Japanese language majors and non-majors who aim to find employment in Japan.
