The emergence of user social media burnout has had an impact on advertising revenue, short video economic market and video communication from the perspective of fusion academic. Based on SSO's "stressor-burden-outcome" model framework, this paper studies social media burnout as a mediating variable. The research focuses on the burden and burnout of social media under the dual influence of environmental pressure and psychological pressure. It is found that information, system and social overload all positively affect social media burnout. Role conflict, ambiguity and overload all positively influence social media burnout. Mediating effect of social media burnout between stressors and negative use behaviors.
