In this paper, it is performed the constant current circuit design of the 275nm Deep UV LED bar which can be used variously. The 275nm Deep UV LED Bar emits ultraviolet rays, so it is important to emit ultraviolet rays constantly for the purpose of use. In order to emit a certain amount of ultraviolet rays as ever, the ultraviolet ray emission should be driven by a constant current source. And also the heat dissipation is particularly important because of the long ultraviolet emission retention time due to the UV LED forward voltage drop. In addition, the algorithm is configured to operate according to human body detection using distance sensor and Bluetooth. Three 275nm Deep UV LEDs were used in series to emit ultraviolet UVC, operating at the constant current of 30mA with an efficiency of 75.2% and a power consumption of 729.6mW. The ultraviolet radiation Power is 15mW. In the fungi sterilization experiment of the UVC LED bar operating at 32 degrees, the sterilization effect was 99.9% at 1.5m distance.
