연구목적 : 국내 지역사회 실외 통합놀이터의 설치와 운영 사례를 문헌 및 현장조사를 이용하여 분석하고, 통합 놀이터가 장애인과 비장애인, 남녀노소 모두 함께 어울리는 공간으로 저출산고령화사회에 대비한 미래사회 대응방안으로 확장되는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2023년 3월부터 5월까지 국내 실외 통합놀이터 운영과 설치 현황에 대하여 문헌 및 현장조사를 이 용하여 사례를 분석하였다. 국내 사례는 장애아동이 함께 이용할 수 있는 아동 관련 통합놀이터 2곳, 노인전용 놀이터 2곳, 전 세대가 이용 할 수 있는 포괄적인 통합놀이터 1곳으로 총 5곳을 조사하였 다. 추가적으로 문헌조사를 통해 국외 통합놀이터 사례 2곳을 조사하였다. 조사 범위는 첫째 통합놀 이터의 일반적인 특성, 바닥소재, 놀이터 현황, 둘째 신체적, 감각⋅인지적, 사회적 분류에 따른 통합 적 관점의 디자인 적용 4가지(높은 고려, 부분적 고려, 고려되지 않음, 미설치)로 구분하여 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 : 전반적으로 국내 통합놀이터의 바닥소재는 다양한 신체적 취약계층을 고려하지 못하며, 놀이기구 또한 생애주기적 발달특성을 고려하지 못하고 중복되는 기능의 놀이기구가 많았다. 노인전용 놀이 터는 신체기능에만 초점이 맞추어져 있어 감각경험을 위한 기구가 전무하였다. 향후 통합놀이터는 위와 같은 요소를 감안하여 설계하는 방안이 도출되었다. 결론 : 세대통합의 놀이터로 확장되기 위해서는 본 연구에서 제시한 제한점을 극복하여 개인의 생애주기적 건강향상과 휴식이 제공되는 공간으로 재구성되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
Objective : This study aims to analyze the cases of integrated outdoor playgrounds in domestic communities in order to develop future societal response strategies based on the findings. Methods : This study conducted a survey on seven integrated outdoor playgrounds in domestic communities. The scope of the survey included general characteristics of integrated playgrounds, flooring materials, and playground conditions. Additionally, the analysis was conducted to determine whether the design applied an integrated perspective based on physical, sensory-cognitive, and social classifications. Results : The Integrated playgrounds in domestic communities didn’t consider the physical characteristics and developmental characteristics throughout the lifespan of physically vulnerable groups in terms of flooring materials and playground equipment. In particular, the playgrounds for the elderly lacked equipment for sensory experiences. Conclusion : It’s necessary to derive inclusive playgrounds that provide opportunities for lifeling health improvement and relaxation.
