본 연구는 카데바 해부 관찰에 참여한 응급구조학생들의 경험과 그에 대한 고충을 탐구하고자 한 질적 연구로, C시에 소재한 일개 대학교 응급구조학과1학년 학생 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과로4개의 주요범주와 11개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 학생들은 카데바를 처음 마주하며 상반되는 감정을 느꼈고, 포르말린 냄새와 차가운 온도에 낯설었다고 하였다. 그러나 교육이 진행되면서 카데바를 통한 형태학적 구조의 경험하였다고 이야기하며 잊을 수 없는경험이었다고 하였다. 카데바 해부 관찰을 통해 느낀점으로 미래 응급구조사로서 깊은 사명감과 수준 높은 전문가에 대한 열망을 느꼈다고 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 응급구조학생이 카데바 해부 관찰시에 경험할 수 있는 신체, 정신적 반응을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다. 이에 따라 카데바 해부 관찰에 대한 스트레스 대처 방안과 윤리적 의식고양 및 미래의 응급구조사로서의 가치를 찾아갈 수있도록 다각도 전략을 마련하는 데에 기초자료가 될것으로 기대한다
This study is a qualitative study that seeks to explore the experiences and difficulties of paramedical students who participated in Cadaver anatomy observation. The subjects were 10 first-year paramedical students at a university located in C city. The study identified four categories and eleven subcategories as results. Students reported experiencing contrasting emotions when first encountering the cadaver and feeling unfamiliar with the formalin odor and cold temperature. However, as the education progressed, they shared that the experience of understanding the morphological structure through Cadaver anatomy observation was unforgettable. They expressed a deep sense of mission and a desire for excellence in their future roles as paramedic through the Cadaver anatomy observation. This research is expected to contribute to understanding the physical and psychological responses that paramedical students may experience during Cadaver anatomy observation. Consequently, it can serve as foundational material for developing coping strategies for stress during anatomy lab sessions, enhancing ethical awareness, and exploring values as future paramedics
