본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 자기효능감, 학업성취도 및 임상실습만족도를 확인하고 이들 관의 관계를 파악하며 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시도한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 경북소재 K 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중이고 임상실습을 6주 이상 경험한 3학년 118명을 대상으로 2021년 11월 1일부터 11월 14일까지 연구자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구 결과 대상자의 자아탄력성평균 점수는 3.47±.54점 이었고, 자기효능감 평균 점수는 3.21±.46점, 학업성취도는 3.30±63점이었다. 임상실습만족도 평균점수는 3.52±.39점이었다. 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도는 자아탄력성(r=.328, p=.001), 자기효능감(r=.333, p=.001), 학업성취도(r=.421, p=.001) 에서 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 학업성취도(β=.335, p=.001)이었으며, 총 설명력은 28.9%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 적용과 교수학습방법의 개발 및 효과검증 연구를 제언한다.


This study is a descriptive research study that attempted to identify nursing students' ego-resilience, self-efficacy, academic achievement, and satisfaction with clinical practice, identify the relationship between these perspectives, and identify factors that affect satisfaction with clinical practice. The subjects of the study were 118 third-year students attending the Department of Nursing at K University in Gyeongbuk and who had experienced clinical practice for more than 6 weeks. Research data was collected from November 1 to November 14, 2021. As a result of this study, the subjects' average ego resilience score was 3.47±.54 points, self-efficacy average score was 3.21±.46 points, and academic achievement was 3.30±63 points. The average score for clinical practice satisfaction was 3.52±.39 points. Nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice was statistically significant in terms of ego resilience (r=.328, p=.001), self-efficacy (r=.333, p=.001), and academic achievement (r=.421, p=.001). A significant positive correlation was shown. The factor affecting nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice was academic achievement (β=.335, p=.001), and the total explanatory power was 28.9%. Based on the results of this study, we propose the application of a program that can improve the academic performance of nursing students, the development of teaching and learning methods, and research to verify the effectiveness.
