본 연구는 고등학교 3학년 학생의 또래애착, 공동체의식 및 학업성취도의 관계와 더불어 진로성숙도의 조절된매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 한국교육종단연구 2013의 8차년도 자료인 고등학교 3학년 학생7,324명으로 남학생은 3,623명, 여학생은 3,701명이다. 변인 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과 또래애착, 공동체의식, 진로성숙도및 학업성취도는 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또래애착은 공동체의식을 매개로 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는부분매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 공동체의식이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 진로성숙도의 조절효과는 유의하게나타났다. 단순기울기를 살펴본 결과 진로성숙도 하집단은 공동체의식이 높을수록 학업성취도가 높게 나타났으나, 진로성숙도 상집단은 공동체의식이 높을수록 학업성취도가 낮게 나타났다. 또래애착이 공동체의식을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 진로성숙도의 조절된 매개효과는 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 고등학교 3학년 학생의 또래애착이공동체의식을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향이 진로성숙도에 따라서 달라진다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 고등학교3학년 학생을 대상으로 또래애착, 공동체의식 및 학업성취도의 관계와 더불어 진로성숙도의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 학업성취도와 관련하여 관계. 진로발달과 관련된 변인들의 역할을 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다고본다
Our study explored the connection between peer attachment, community feeling, and academic performance among third-year high school students, as well as the moderated mediation effect of career maturity. The study involved 7,324 third-year high school students, comprising 3,623 males and 3,701 females, using data from the 8th year of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Education in 2013. We observed a positive correlation among peer attachment, community feeling, career maturity, and academic performance. Peer attachment was found to mediate and influence academic performance through the sense of community. Career maturity significantly moderated the relationship between community feeling and academic performance. On a simple slope, the group with lower career maturity demonstrated higher academic performance as the sense of community increased. Conversely, the group with higher career maturity showed lower academic performance as the sense of community increased. In the relationship between peer attachment, community feeling, and academic performance, career maturity was found to have a moderated mediation effect. The influence of peer attachment on academic performance through community feeling varied based on career maturity. This study is significant because it examined the relationship among peer attachment, community feeling, and academic performance, and the moderated mediation effect of career maturity on academic performance among third-year high school students
