본 논문은 국내 ESG 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위해 2009년부터 2023년 4월까지 국내 게재된 ESG 관련 논문 766편을 바탕으로 체계적인 문헌 고찰 방법론의 하나인 키워드 네트워크 분석을 하였다. Textom과 UCINET 6.0을 활용하여 빈도 분석, 중심성 분석, 군집 분석인 CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 국내에서는 2009년에 ESG 관련 논문이 등장하여 논문 편수는 해마다 소폭 증가하다가 2021년 178편, 2022년 405편으로 급증함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째 빈도 분석과 중심성 분석을 하여 국내 ESG 주요 키워드들을 도출하고 핵심 키워드들간의 관계를 확인하였다. 셋째, 군집 분석인 CONCOR 분석을 통해 4가지 핵심이슈인 지속가능경영, 지배구조, 규제 시스템, 글로벌 경영전략으로 클러스터링 하였다. 본 논문을 통해 효과적인 ESG 관련 정책 마련에 대한 전략 수립과 의사결정을 지원하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
This paper conducted a keyword network analysis based on 766 ESG-related papers published in Korea from 2009 to April 2023, using a systematic literature review methodology. Frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and CONCOR analysis, a type of cluster analysis, were performed using Textome and UCINET 6.0. As a result, first, it was found that ESG-related papers first appeared in 2009, and the number of papers increased slightly, then rapidly increased to 178 papers in 2021 and 405 papers in 2022. Second, we performed frequency analysis and centrality analysis to derive key domestic ESG keywords and confirm the relationships between key keywords. Third, through CONCOR analysis, a cluster analysis, it was clustered into four topics: Sustainability management, Governance, Regulatory system, and Global management strategy. This paper can be used as basic data to support strategy establishment and decision-making for effective ESG-related policies.
