This study attempted to find the future leader in Pygmalion leadership, an innovative leadership through positive expectations and wishes in a feminine atmosphere. As a result, first, the Pygmalion leadership of female leaders was found to have a significant impact on emotional commitment. Second, the importance of emotional commitment and innovation behavior was proven, and another important thing was that the value of emotional commitment was confirmed to be a more important factor. Third, as a result of verifying the relationship between emotional commitment and innovation behavior, the stronger the emotional commitment the members were. It was consistent with the results of previous research showing a positive response to innovation behavior. Lastly, the hotel organization revitalization was confirmed through research results that verified the effectiveness of female leaders' Pygmalion leadership, which is an important performance indicator for maximizing the efficiency of hotel organization operations.
