본 연구는 쉼터 이용 청소년의 서비스 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 탐색함에 있어 청소년 쉼터 실무자의 이용자중심실천 수준의 독자적인 영향력을 확인하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해, 국내 청소년 쉼터를 이용하고 있는 청소년 104명을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하였고, 주요 연구문제 해결을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 개인요인, 서비스 요인, 기관요인의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 쉼터 이용 청소년이 인식하는 실무자의 이용자중심실천 수준이 서비스 만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 쉼터 이용 청소년의 서비스 만족도 개선을 위한 구체적인 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다.
The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing service satisfaction of youth living shelters, with a special focus on the impact of client- centered practice. To answer the major research question, surveyed data from nationwide sample of 104 youth living shelters was analyzed. Result of the hierachical regression analysis showed that levels of client-centered practice of worker in youth shelters had a significant positve effect on service satisfaction, after accounting for control variables in the study. Based on the results of the study, details of social work implications to improve service satisfaction of youth living shelters were discussed.
