목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 놀이교수효능감이 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 디지털 놀이 실행에미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 방법 조사대상은 경남, 대구, 서울, 인천, 세종 지역의 유치원과 어린이집의 만3-5세 담당 유아교사 378명으로, 2023년 1월 27일부터 3월 7일까지 교사의 디지털 리터러시, 디지털 놀이교수효능감과 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 디지털 놀이 실행에 대한 인식을 질문지 조사하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 피어슨의 적률상관분석과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시 수준은 높은 편이었으나, 디지털 놀이교수효능감과 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 디지털놀이 실행 수준은 중간 이상이었다. 둘째 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 놀이교수효능감은 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한디지털 놀이 실행과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 놀이교수효능감은 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 디지털 놀이 실행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유아교사의 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 디지털 놀이 실행을 증진하기 위해서는 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 놀이교수효능감수준을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 교사교육이 요구된다.
Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood teachers' digital literacy and digital play teaching efficacy on the implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Methods For data collection, 378 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam, Daegu, Seoul, Incheon, and Sejong were surveyed by questionnaires about teachers’ digital literacy, digital play teaching efficacy and the implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum from 27 Jan 2023 to 7 Mar. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used by SPSS 27.0. Results First, early childhood teachers' digital literacy was in high level, and digital play teaching efficacy and the implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum were above medium level. Second, there were found some significant positive correlations among early childhood teachers’ digital literacy, digital play teaching efficacy and the implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Third, early childhood teachers’ digital literacy and digital play teaching efficacy was found to influence on the implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Conclusions In order to promote early childhood teachers' implementation of digital play based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, it is important to increase the level of digital literacy and digital play teaching efficacy, and teacher education is required to support this.
