목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시 역량 모형을 개발하는 것으로 향후 유아교육 현장에서 디지털 정보 및 기술을적용하기 위해 요구되는 유아교사의 교육 훈련에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해 문헌 연구 분석 및 3차례의 델파이 조사와 연구진과 전문가 협의회의 상호 검증 과정을 통해 4개의 상위역량, 9개의하위역량으로 구성된 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시 역량 모형을 도출하였다. 결과 본 연구에서 도출한 유아교사 디지털 리터러시 역량 모형의 상위역량은 디지털 시민의식, 디지털 사고역량, 디지털 활용 및창작 역량, 디지털 수업 역량을 포함하고 있다. 디지털 시민의식의 하위역량으로는 디지털 규범 준수, 디지털 책임의식이 디지털 사고역량의 하위역량으로는 디지털 비판적 사고능력, 디지털 문제해결 능력이, 디지털 활용 및 창작 역량의 하위역량은 디지털 기술활용 능력, 디지털 창작 능력이, 마지막으로 디지털 수업 역량의 하위역량은 디지털 수업 설계 능력, 디지털 수업 실행 능력, 디지털수업 성찰 능력이 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 초 디지털 시대의 교육현장에서 유아교사가 반드시 갖추어야 하는 디지털 리터러시 역량을 함양하기위한 교육 훈련 체계를 수립할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
Objectives This study aims to develop a model of digital literacy competencies for teachers in early childhood. Methods To this end, literature review, 3 rounds of delphi surveys were conducted. The research team and an expert advisory committee executed mutual validation at the end of each delphi survey to ensure objectivity and validity. Results As a result of this study, a digital literacy competency model for teachers in early childhood was derived, consisting of four main competencies and nine sub-competencies. The main competencies include digital citizenship consciousness, digital thinking competency, digital utilization and creation competency, and digital teaching competency. The sub-competencies for digital citizenship consciousness include compliance with digital norms and digital responsibility consciousness, while sub-competencies for digital thinking competency include digital critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The sub-competencies for digital utilization and creation competency include digital technology utilization and digital creation abilities. Finally, the sub-competencies for digital teaching competency include digital teaching design ability, digital teaching execution ability, and digital teaching reflection ability. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is expected that an education and training system can be established to cultivate digital literacy competencies that teachers in early childhood must possess in the educational field of the digital era.
