본 연구는 국내 산업재해 심리지원의 개입과정과 현황을 파악하기 위해 D지역 직업트라우마센터의 운영 사례를 분석하였다. 중대재해 및 직업관련 트라우마의 심리지원을 위한 직업트라우마센터는 2018년 시범 운영 후 현재 전국 13개소에 이르고 있다. D지역 센터는 시범 운영 출범부터 현재까지 산업재해 심리지원 시스템의 모델을 구축한 곳으로, 해당 사례의 고찰은 국내 직업트라우마 심리지원의 전반적 흐름을 분석하고 향후 과제를 도출하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 D지역 센터 심리지원의 신청경로, 개입 여부와 방법의 결정, 재해별 분류를 전반적으로 개괄하고, 사업장 단위 개입을 중심으로 사업장별 규모, 사고 발생 후 개입까지의 시간, 심리지원의 전체 과정에서 발견된 장벽, 그리고 심리안정화된 상담효과를 분석하였다. 또한, 사업장 단위로 진행된 심리지원의 사례들을 내용 분석하여 지원과정에서 발견된 장벽들을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 내용 분석을 통해 과정별 장벽의 원인과 개선 방안을 탐색하였고, 장기개입이 요구되는 사례를 비롯하여 장벽이 최소화된 안정적 종결 사례 등을 유형화하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
This study analyzed the case of the D-regional Occupational Trauma Center to gain insights into the process and status of intervention in Korea’s industrial accident psychological support. Since its pilot operations, the D-regional center has served as a model for industrial accident psychological support systems. This case review plays a crucial role in analyzing the overall flow of occupational trauma psychological support. This study outlined the overall application process, the decision-making for intervention, and the disaster classification at the D-regional center for psychological support. It also analyzed the size of each workplace, the time from accident to intervention, barriers found in the entire process of psychological support, and the effects of psycho-stabilized counseling. Furthermore, through a detailed examination of cases of psychological support at the workplace level, the study probed extensively into the encountered barriers within the support process. Finally, the study addressed the limitations and proposed avenues for future research.
