The purpose of this study was How to utilize marketing by An Analysis of Online Review of COVID-19 Before, During and After Wellness Hotels-Utilizing Big Data Analysis Techniques. In this study, the frequency of words extracted from the entire data text published on 10 portal sites and selected keywords were calculated. Next, the connection structure and characteristics between related words through the Ucinet 6.0 program were identified, and the network between extracted words was visualized. The four clusters extracted based on the word results <Before COVID-19> showed 'food, facility, external environment, and internal environment', and the results of <COVID-19 (diffusion period)> showed 'emotional response, facility service, healing walk, and wellness trip'. Finally, <After COVID-19 (lightening season)> showed 'external environment, internal environment, travel and experience'. These findings will contribute to tourism marketing strategies of Jeju Island tourism, for the direction of healthcare and wellness hotels in the pandemic.
