1990년 후반 대기업을 중심으로 TRIZ 도입되어 대부분의 산업 현장에서 문제 해결에 사용되고 있다. TRIZ는 문제해결 프로세스 마다 도구를 활용한다. 도구의 활용은 TRIZ의 장점인 창의적인 사고에 많은 도움을 주지만 복잡하고 어려운 도구 활용으로 인해 사용을 기피하는 현상이 있다. 그러나 TRIZ 40 발명 원리는 알츠슐러에 의해 1차, 2차 산업 혁명 시기에 등록된 특허 연구를 통해 제시한 기술 모순 해결 방법으로 산업 현장에서 즉시 활용이 가능하고, TRIZ의 활용과 확산에 유용한 도구이다. 본 논문은 4차 산업 혁명을 지향하는 반도체 산업은 어떤 발명 원리가 적용되고 있는지를 파악했다. 고찰을 위해 TRIZ를 접하지 못한 현장 구성원 약 600명에게 40발명 원리를 교육하고, 2018년부터 2021년까지 SK하이닉스 일부 공정에서 Smart Factory 구축 중 이루어진 831건의 현장 개선 내용을 분석했다. 분석 결과 Smart Factory 구축에 사용된 주요 발명 원리는 기계 시스템으로의 대체, 사전 조치, 차원 바꾸기, 과잉 또는 부족, 물리 화학 특성 변화 등이다. 주요 다섯 가지 발명 원리를 적용한 개선은 454건으로 전체 Portion의 54.6%(454건/831건)인 것을 확인했고, 4차 산업 혁명에 주로 사용되는 발명원리가 있다는 것을 고찰했다.
In the late 1990s, TRIZ was introduced mainly to large companies, and is used for problem solving in most industrial sites. TRIZ utilizes tools for each problem-solving process. The use of tools gives a lot of help to creative thinking, which is the merit of TRIZ, but there is a phenomenon that people avoid using tools due to the use of complicated and difficult tools. However, the TRIZ 40 Inventive Principle is a technical contradiction solving method presented through patent research registered by Altshuller during the first and second industrial revolutions, and can be used immediately in industrial sites, and is useful for utilization and diffusion of TRIZ. is a useful tool. This paper has grasped which inventive principles are being applied to the semiconductor industry aiming for the fourth industrial revolution. Approximately 600 field members who did not touch TRIZ for consideration were educated on 40 principles of invention, and 831 field work conducted during Smart Factory construction in some processes of SK hynix from 2018 to 2021 Analyzed improvements.
