This study examines the relationship between the organizational social capital recognized by social enterprise members and the economic and social performance of social enterprises. Specially, the study is focus on the effect of the governance structure on the relationship between them and seeks ways to improve the economic and social performance of social enterprises. Through this study, we drew the results of a study that the activation of organizational social capital by members of social enterprises affects the formation of the governance, which can ultimately lead to improvement in the performance of social enterprises. This implies that it is important to seek for ways to form and revitalize organizational social capital in order to improve the performance of social enterprises and achieve their goals, and that a management strategy for the governance is necessary.
