이 연구는 교사가 제안하는 미래 교육과정 내용을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교사를 중심으로 교육과정, 미래 교육 전문가가 참여하는 전문가 집단을 구성하고 학생과 함께 미래 교육과정 내용을 제안-검토-적용-보완하는 과정을 거쳐 학교 현장이 생각하는 미래 교육과정 내용을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 미래 교육과정 내용 선정 원칙을 네 가지 선정하였다. 시대적 맥락에 적절한가, 전이 가능한가, 학생의 요구와 필요에 부합하는가, 존재론적 성찰을 가능케 하는가가 이에 해당한다. 둘째, 2023 미래 교육과정 내용을 10개의 대주제, 24개의 소주제로 제안하였다. 나아가 이를 바탕으로 미래 교육과정 내용은 첫째, 학생이 교육과정 내용 선정의 핵심 주체로 거듭난다는 점, 둘째, 미래 교육과정 내용은 교과 내용과 교과 밖 내용을 모두 포괄한다는 점, 셋째, 미래 교육과정 내용은 프레임워크 방식으로 제시된다는 점을 논의하였다. 이는 기존보다 미시적 차원에서 미래 교육과정 담론에 접근한다는 점에서 미래 교육과정 관련 논의에 구체성과 현장성을 더해줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the contents of the future curriculum proposed by teachers. To this end, an expert group consisting of curriculum and future education experts centered on teachers was formed, and the contents of the future curriculum thought by the school site were explored through the process of proposing, reviewing, applying, and supplementing the contents of the future curriculum together with students. As a result of the study, first, four principles for selecting future curriculum contents were selected. These include whether it is appropriate for the context of the times, whether it is transferable, whether it meets the demands and needs of students, and whether it enables ontological reflection. Second, the contents of the 2023 future curriculum were proposed as 10 major themes and 24 sub-themes. Furthermore, based on this, the contents of the future curriculum are: First, that students are reborn as key subjects in selecting the contents of the curriculum; Second, that the contents of the future curriculum include both subject and extracurricular contents; Third, the contents of the future curriculum It was discussed that is presented as a framework method. It is expected that this will add specificity and realism to discussions related to the future curriculum in that it approaches the discourse on the future curriculum at a microscopic level than before.
