목적: 본 연구는 Q방법론을 활용하여 청소년지도자들의 윤리적 민감성 인식유형과 특성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법: 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 심층면접을 통해 198개의 Q모집단을 구축하였으며, 중복된 진술문은 삭제하고 유목화 과정을 거쳐 최종 32개의 Q표본을 선정하였다. 청소년지도자 25명을 P표본으로 선정하여 Q표본을 분류하고, 진술문, 추가 면담을 통해 인식 유형과 특성을 분석하였다. 결과: 이를 통해, 청소년지도자들의 윤리적 민감성 인식유형은 크게 세 가지 유형으로 확인되었다. 제1유형은 ‘청소년 관계지향형’으로 청소년 현장에서 청소년을 있는 그대로 받아들이고 그들과의 관계성을 무엇보다 중요하게 인식하였다. 제2유형은 ‘청소년 인권존중형’으로 청소년지도자들은 개인정보 보호, 사생활 침해 등 청소년의 인권침해를 가장 중요한 문제라고 생각하였다. 마지막으로 제3유형은 ‘청소년지도자 직업윤리형’으로 윤리적 상황을 올바르게 인식할 수 있는 판단력과 전문적 지식을 갖추는 것이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 시사점: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 청소년지도자가 현장에서 일어날 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 인식하고, 올바르게 해석하는 윤리적 민감성을 증진하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 윤리적 민감성 향상을 위한 체계적 교육과정의 필요성을 제안하였다.
Purpose: This study aims to identify the ethical sensitivity perception types and characteristics of youth wokers using the Q methodology. Methodology: To achieve this, a total of 198 Q Population were constructed through literature review and in-depth interviews. After eliminating duplicate statements and conducting a sorting process, a final set of 32 Q samples was selected. A sample of 25 youth wokers was selected as the P sample, and the Q samples were categorized based on their responses. The ethical sensitivity perception types and characteristics were analyzed through statement analysis and additional interviews. Results: Through this process, three distinct ethical sensitivity perception types among youth wokers were identified. Type 1 was ‘Youth relationship-oriented’, emphasizes accepting and valuing youth as they are, with a strong focus on building relationships with them. Type 2 was ‘Youth Rights Respecting’, places a high importance on safeguarding youth rights, including privacy and protection from any infringement. Lastly, type 3 was ‘Professional Ethics-oriented’, acknowledges the importance of possessing the judgment and specialized knowledge to correctly interpret ethical situations. Conclusions: Building on the study’s findings, the purpose is to enhance the ethical sensitivity of youth wokers in recognizing and accurately interpreting potential ethical issues in their fieldwork. Therefore, the need for a comprehensive educational curriculum focused on improving ethical sensitivity is proposed based on the results. This study contributes to a better understanding of how youth wokers perceive and respond to ethical challenges in their interactions with youth.
