본 연구의 목적은 구약성서 이사야 24장의 담화분석 해석과 그 신학적 주제가 비즈니스 윤리와 기업의 지속가능경영에 주는 시사점을 고찰하는 데에 있다. 연구방법은 담화분석(Discourse Analysis)과 관련 문헌조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 경영학과의 접목은 비즈니스 윤리와 지속가능경영 측면에서 주로 사용하였다. 담화분석의 결과는 여호와의 심판, 남은자, 여호와의 새로운 질서확립 3개로 구분된다. 그리고 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여호와의 심판이다. 심판의 이유, 심판의 종류, 심판의 결과가 언급된다. 둘째, 여호와가 살려 놓으신 남은 자 신학이다. 여호와는 심판 중에서도 남은 자를 두셨으며 남은 자를 통한 기대와 역할이 있음을 밝힌다. 셋째, 여호와가 행하시는 새로운 질서확립이다. 여호와는 하늘과 땅의 세력을 벌하셔서 질서를 확립하시고, 여호와가 왕임을 선포하는 찬송을 받으신다. 그리고 위 신학적 주제는 다음과 같이 기업의 지속가능경영에 적용될 수 있다. 첫째, 기업 있어서 의사 결정, 사회적 책임, 노동 착취 공장, 회계와 금융, 환경 보존 등의 분야에서 이기심과 인간 존엄을 짓밟는 행위가 있을 때는 24장의 심판의 원인과 일치한다. 둘째, 기업 경영인과 기업의 각 분야의 리더는 심판의 원인이발생되지 않도록 남은 자로서의 소임을 감당해야 한다. 기업 경영인으로서의 남은 자의 최종 의미는 여호와의 이름을 영화롭게 하는 데 있다. 셋째, 기업 경영인은 자의 최종 의미는 여호와의 이름을 영화롭게 하는 데 있다. 셋째, 기업 경영인은 남은 자의 소임을 감당하고, 여호와는 기업의 범죄를 유발케 하는 하늘과 땅의 세력을 벌하셔서 하늘과 땅에 새로운 질서를 확립하신다. 여호와의 왕 되심을 선포하는 여호와의 초청의 자리에 기업 경영인을 포함하여 모든 사람들이 동참하도록 해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to derive theological themes through the interpretation of Isaiah 24 in the Old Testament and to consider the implications that theological themes have for today's business ethics and corporate sustainability management. The research method for interpreting the Bible is discourse analysis, and lessons on corporate management were conducted through related literature research, and the results are as follows. The theme of Isaiah 24 is, first, the judgment of Jehovah. The reason for the referee, the type of referee, and the outcome of the referee are mentioned. Second, the theology of the remnant saved by Jehovah. Jehovah has placed a remnant in judgment, and reveals that there are expectations and roles through the remnant. Third, it is the establishment of a new order by Jehovah. Jehovah punishes the forces of heaven and earth, establishes order, and receives praise to proclaim that Jehovah is King. Each theological theme is applied to corporate sustainability management. In corporate management, selfishness and acts of trampling on human dignity in the areas of decision-making, social responsibility, sweatshops, accounting and finance, and environmental preservation are consistent with the causes of the judgment in Chap. 24. Corporate managers and leaders in each field of the company must fulfill their duties as the remaining ones so that the cause of judgment does not occur. The final meaning of the remnant as corporate managers is to glorify the name of Jehovah. Corporate managers fulfill the duties of the remaining ones, and Jehovah punishes the forces of heaven and earth that cause corporate crimes and establishes a new order in heaven and earth. All people, including corporate managers, should join in the invitation of Jehovah, who declares that he is the King of Jehovah.
