이 논문은 K대학의 의대생 세미나에서 강의한 행복한 부자학의 내용을 행복한 부자학의 분류체계, 재무청지기, 일과 직업에 대한 성경적 이해, 스마트한 소비, 그리고 스마트한 저축과 투자의 다섯 가지 소주제로 나누어 간단히 소개한 후 수강생을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 살펴본 후 행복한 부자의 태도에 대한 대리 변수와 영향 변수가 무엇인지 회귀분석을 이용하여 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 설문조사 결과의 특이한 내용은 자신의 종교가 ‘기독교’라고 응답한 수강생이 18%나 되었는데 이것은 전국 캠퍼스 복음화율이 3% 전후라는 사실에 비하면 아주 높은 비율이다. 또한 K대학의 의대생의 ‘전공만족도’는 약 95%, ‘강의만족도’는 약 85%이며 ‘나눔 및 기부에 대한 태도’는 약 86%가 긍정적인 태도를 보였고, ‘가장 흥미로운 주제’로 ‘행복한 부자학의 분류체계’가 44%로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 이것은 예수그리스도와 죄 용서, 복음과 직결되는 주제이므로 행복한 부자학 콘텐츠가 전도와 선교의 좋은 접근방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 상관분석 결과, ‘행복한 부자의 태도’의 대리변수로 ‘빚과 투자와 기부에 대한 태도’ 점수를 평균화한 변수와 ‘나눔 또는 기부에 대한 태도’가 가능함을 보여 주었다. ‘전공만족도’가 ‘행복한 부자의 태도’와 뚜렷한 양의 관계가 존재함이 발견되었다. 회귀분석 결과, 전체 모형과 개별 모형(기부)에서 ‘전공만족도가 높은 학생이 행복한 부자의 태도 점수가 높을 것이다’ 라는 가설만이 채택되어 만족도가 행복한 부자의 태도에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다.
This paper introduces contents of Studies of the Happy and Rich, that is, taxonomy of the Studies, jobs of financial manager, biblical understanding of work and occupation, smart consumption, and smart saving and investing. Then, results of questionnaire survey and those of correlation analysis and regression analysis respectively were presented. Results of questionnaire survey showed 18% of Christians, which is surprisingly high, comparing with 3% of Christians for university students. About 95% of premedical students appears to be satisfied with their major at K University. Approximately 85% of premedical students were satisfied with the lecture of Studies of the Happy and Rich. About 86% showed positive attitude toward sharing or giving. Taxonomy of Studies of the Happy and Rich appears to be the most interesting topic among five subjects with 44%. This implies that contents of Studies of the Happy and Rich can be an effective tool as gospel evangelism. One of major results of correlation analysis is that there might exist a proxy variable for happy and rich attitude. Excluding attitude toward debt and securities investing, a regression has been run using attitude toward sharing as a response variable variable. The hypothesis that students with high satisfaction with major will show high attitude toward happy and rich attitude was adopted. This study is the first case for teaching Studies of the Happy and Rich for premedical students.
