본 연구의 목적은 유아의 음악 만들기를 Deleuze의 예술 철학 관점에서 리토르넬로의 사유로 새롭게 탐구하고 분석해보는 것에 있다. 연구 참여자는 A시에 위치한 B어린이집의 만 5세 바다반 유아 16명과 바다반 담임교사이다. 본 연구를 실시한 기간은 2021년 3월부터 8월까지이며 주 1-2회 방문하여 총 40회의 참여 관찰을 진행하였다. 참여 관찰을 통한 자료 수집은 관찰 기록한 영상 및 녹음자료, 바다반 유아와의 개인 및 집단 면담자료, 교사 면담자료, 교사의 관찰일지, 연구자의 참관일지 등으로 이를 전사하고 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 바다반 유아의 음악 만들기에서 리토르넬로의 하위-배치는 재미있는 노랫말과 선율, 리듬으로 카오스의 힘이 축적되며 환경이 형성되었다. 리토르넬로의 내부-배치에서는 바다반의 영토적 모티브를 찾아가고 영토적 풍경을 이어가며 영토를 만들었다. 리토르넬로의 상호-배치에서는 우주로 이동하며 유아들의 음악적 영역이 확장되었고 유아들의 새로운 일상에서 또다시 시작되는 음악 만들기가 나타났다. 본 연구는 리토르넬로의 시선으로 유아의 존재를 바라보고 유아의 자유롭고 주체적인 탈주를 지원해야 하며 철학적 사유에 근거하여 유아의 창조적 표현을 해석해야 함을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study is to newly explore and analyze young children’s music making from the perspective of Deleuze’s art philosophy to the thinking of ritornello. The participants in the study were 16 5-year-old Sea class children from B daycare center located in A city and the Sea class teacher. The period of this study was from March to August 2021, and a total of 40 Participatory observations were conducted by visiting 1-2 times a week. For data collection through participatory observation, the results were derived by transcribing and analyzing observation recorded videos and recordings, individual and group interview data with children in the Sea class, teacher interview data, teacher’s observation diary, and researcher’s observation diary. In the Sea class of music making, the infra-agencement of the ritornello was formed by accumulating the power of chaos with interesting words, melodies, and rhythms. In the intra-agencement of the ritornello, the territorial motif of Sea class was found and the territory was created by continuing the territorial landscape. In the inter-agencement of the ritornello, the musical domain of infants expanded as they moved to space, and music making started again in their new daily life. The study suggests that we need to look at the existence of infants from the perspective of ritornello, support their free and subjective escape, and interpret their creative expressions based on philosophical reasoning.
