연구 목적: 진로개입 평가에서 단일문항척도를 활용한 개별사례접근의 사례를 제시하였다. 연구 방법: 진로결정수준의 단일문항척도와 진로결정자기효능감의 다문항척도를 진로개입 사례에 적용하여 사전-사후 점수에 대해 대응표본 t-검증과 개별사례접근 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 내용: 진로개발 워크숍 참가자 40명이 단일문항척도와 다문항척도에 사전-사후 응답한 자료를 사용하여 사전-사후 점수의 대응표본 t-검증 및 개별사례접근의 결과를 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 단일문항척도와 다문항척도의 사전-사후 점수에 대한 대응표본 t-검증 결과 통계적으로 유의함을 보였으며, 단일문항척도를 개별사례접근로 변화유형을 구분한 결과, 42.5%가 변화를, 52.5%가 무변화를, 2.5%가 악화된 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 대응표본 t-검증 결과보다 개별사례접근이 구체적인 변화의 양상을 보여주었고, 결과보고의 용이성을 확인되었다.


This study is to present a case of an idiographic approach using a single-item scale in career interventions evaluation. To this end, data from 40 college students who completed career development workshops was used with measures of a single-item scale of career decision level and a multi-item scale of career decision-making self-efficacy. The pre- and post-scores were examined by paired-sample t-tests and evaluated by idiographic approach. As a result, the paired-sample t-tests showed all significant changes meaning that the intervention was effective for the sample group. The results of the idiographic approach evaluation with a single-item scale showed that 42.5% of participants were changed in their career decision level, 52.5% were unchanged, and 2.5% were deteriorated. Based on the results, the idiographic approach evaluation showed more specific changes in participants compared to that of the paired-sample t-test. Thus, the single-item scale can be used in an idiographic approach and the easiness of reporting results in an idiographic approach was confirmed.
