연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 북한 문헌이 다루고 있는 합영회사를 개성지역 A합영회사 사례에 적용해 보고, 남북경협 재개 시 A합영회사의 활성화 방안을 검토해 보는 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구 방법은 북한 및 국내 문헌 연구를 기본으로 한다. 인터넷 자료도 활용한다. 연구 내용: 합영회사의 특징과 필요성 등을 살펴본 후, 북한 문헌이 제시하고 있는 합영사업에서 지켜야 할 주요 원칙을 A합영회사에 적용해 본다. 그리고 향후 남북경협 재개 시 A합영회사의 활성화 방안을 개성공업지구와 연계하여 모색해 본다. 결론 및 제언: A합영회사는 개성공업지구와의 연계를 통하여 산업기반시설, 운송, 통행 등에서 유리한 점을 가질 수 있고, 개성공업지구와는 달리 합영회사는 북한도 경영에 직접 참여할 수 있다. 그러므로 남북 간 협력의 좋은 사례가 될 수 있다. 개성공업지구 출입 절차를 이용하는 A합영회사에는 각종 제한을 평양 등 접경지역이 아닌 곳들에 비해 완화할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to apply the equity joint venture enterprise covered by the North Korean literature to the case of equity joint venture enterprise A in the Kaesong area and examine ways to revitalize equity joint venture enterprise A when inter-Korean economic cooperation resumes. The research method is based on North Korean and domestic literature research. It also uses Internet data. After examining the characteristics and necessity of an equity joint venture enterprise, the main principles to be observed in the equity joint venture presented in the North Korean literature are applied to equity joint venture enterprise A. And, when inter-Korean economic cooperation resumes in the future, we will seek ways to revitalize equity joint venture enterprise A in connection with the Kaesong Industrial Complex. equity joint venture enterprise A can benefit from its connection with the Kaesong Industrial Complex in terms of industrial infrastructure, transportation, and access. Unlike the Kaesong Industrial Complex, an equity joint venture enterprise allows for direct participation by North Korea in management. Therefore, it can serve as a good example of cooperation between North and South Korea. There is a need to relax various restrictions on equity joint venture enterprise A, which utilizes the entry procedure for the Kaesong Industrial Complex, compared to non-border areas such as Pyongyang.
