Physical training is an important basis for the development of martial arts projects. The systematic exploration of physical training mode is of great significance to the improvement of the technical level of martial arts. In the training plan of South Korea, Singapore and Myanmar, literature, material analysis, contrast method, the physical training mode and practice, the results show that the three countries Korea and Singapore, the lack of specific physical training goals, lead to the lack of systematic physical training system. From the comparison of the physical training plan of the National Wushu Team of Korea, the physical training plan is the most detailed. With physical recovery as the training entry point, the three-dimensional training mode is designed to train the complex, constructing a process training mode of observation, imitation and learning, and forming a systematic physical training result. The physical training arrangement of the Singapore National Wushu Team and the Myanmar National Wushu Team is relatively simple, and it lacks the details of the training. It should be rectified by following the training ideas of the South Korean team and systematize the physical training. Study found that the South Korea in the three countries training plan is the most perfect, not only from the athletes’ physical training, formulated the personalized training plan, and for the training mode, can provide reference for our country and even Asian countries martial arts team training, promote the promotion and development within the scope of martial arts in Asia.
