본 연구의 목적은 영유아 어머니의 사회적지지와 양육행동 간의 관계에서 양육효능감과 심리적안녕감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 부산시 소재 어린이집을 이용 중인 영유아 어머니 250명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 236명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 각 변인의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 양육효능감과 심리적안녕감의 매개효과 검증을 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아 어머니의 사회적지지, 양육효능감, 심리적안녕감, 양육행동 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 영유아 어머니의 양육효능감은 사회적지지와 양육행동 간의 관계를 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 영유아 어머니의 심리적안녕감은 사회적지지와 양육행동 간의 관계를 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 영유아 어머니에게 긍정적인 양육행동을 높이기 위해서는 양육효능감과 심리적안녕감이 중요함을 시사하기에 양육효능감과 심리적안녕감을 높이기 위한 방안이 논의되었다.
The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effect of parenting efficacy and psychological well-being in the relationship between social support and parenting behavior of infants and mothers. For the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on 250 mothers of infants and toddlers using daycare centers in Busan, and data from 236 people were finally analyzed. The collected data was subjected to Sanggwang analysis to find out the relationship between each variable using SPSS 27.0, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of parenting efficacy and psychological well-being. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between the social support, parenting efficacy, psychological well-being, and parenting behavior of infants and toddlers. Second, the relationship between social support and parenting behavior was partially mediated by the parenting efficacy of infants and mothers. Third, the psychological well-being of mothers of infants and toddlers has been verified to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between social support and parenting behavior. Taken together, these results suggest that parenting efficacy and psychological well-being are important to increase positive parenting behavior for infants and mothers, so measures to increase parenting efficacy and psychological well-being were discussed.
