This study aims to examine the changes and overall trend of students’ perception and satisfaction toward online classes: face-to-face online class, non-face-to-face online class, blended class, offline class at college. To achieve the goal of this study, three surveys were implemented. The questions were composed of three parts; demographic information, student’ attitude and satisfaction, and opinions of effective class in the era of post COVID-19. All the surveys were conducted every three months. The results showed that students’ perception and satisfaction were significantly improved in the third survey in comparison to the first and the second toward online class. This study suggests the needs of utilizing of online-based learning efficiently. This study is significant in that the results can be used as a basic reference when designing and adopting online classes in the continuously changing learning environment.
