본 연구에서는 만 5세 남아 취업모의 자녀양육 관심사를 바탕으로 이 시기 남아를 양육하는 취업모의 지원방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 9월부터 2022년2월까지 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 만 5세 남아를 키우는 취업모들의 관심사는자녀의 ‘신체ㆍ건강’, ‘학습’, ‘또래관계’, ‘초등학교 생활’을 위한 관심과 고민을 동시에 갖고 있었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 만 5세 남아 취업모의 자녀양육 관심사에 영향을 준 경험을살펴본 결과 ‘자녀를 잘 키워야 한다는 신념과 의지’, ‘남아에 대한 이해와 노력’, ‘공통된 관심사’, ‘취업모의 책임감’으로 도출되었다. 이는 면담을 분석한 결과 만 5세 남아 취업모의 자녀양육 관심사 형성에 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이 시기 남아들의 집단생활적응, 학업집중, 의사소통 관계 및 만 5세와 관련된 취학정책 및 취업모의 지원을 위한기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to present a support plan for working mothers who raise boys during this period based on the interests of raising children of 5-year-old boys. To this end, interviews were conducted from September 2021 to February 2022. As a result of the study, first, the interests of working mothers raising 5-year-old boys were interested and worried at the same time for their children’s “physical health,” “learning,” “relationships,” and “elementary school life." Based on the collected data, the experience that influenced the interest of a 5-year-old boy in raising children was derived as “belief and willingness to raise children well,” “understanding and effort for boys,” “common interests,” and “responsibility of a job mother.” This is closely related to the formation of interest in raising children of five-year-old boys, according to an analysis of the interview. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for boys’ adaptation to group life, academic concentration, communication relationships, and support for school policies and employment mothers related to the age of five during this study is meaningful.
