The development of information and communication technology and changes in the global environment of companies are also changing in the recruitment market. Since employment information is not disclosed and hired at a time when the company's recruitment method is standardized, it is necessary for the analysis of existing recruitment information. By studying the specific weight of each job, we intend to resolve the information imbalance between job search and job search. This study used Google's PageRank algorithm as a job recommendation system through specification analysis of job seekers. Specification keywords for each job were derived through the process of analyzing the company's employment information specifications and the video specifications of those with experience in employment. Job seekers analyzed quantitative data such as major competency, foreign language competency, activity competency, IT competency, experience competency, and major completion subject, and qualitative data, which is a self-introduction letter. Through data convergence analysis such as recruitment data and experienced video, it was found that job recommendation services based on the competency of job seekers were possible.
