The purpose of this study were to understand the influence of franchisor's contract factor on trust, management performance and recontract intention. Based on total 279 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 7 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The model’s fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed the that the information exchange, joint problem solving, contractual completeness, extra-contractual incentives had a significant positive influence on franchisor trust. Also trust had a positive significant influence on management performance, recontract intention, and management performance had a positive significant influence on recontract intention. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
