The purpose of study is to investigate the structural relationship among satisfaction in major, career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior of undergraduates majoring in airline service. Also, it is to prove the moderating effect of Grade level. The results showed that satisfaction in major had positive(+) impacts on employment preparation behavior via career decision-making self-efficacy which is the mediating effects. Also, Grade level of undergraduates had moderating effect on the relationship between satisfaction in major and employment preparation behavior, and between career decision which is the sub-factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior. Therefore, this results clearly show that in order to encourage undergraduates majoring in airline service to take part in employment preparation behavior, the university consider the satisfaction in major and career decision. Moreover this correlation was different depending on the grade level. Based on these results, universities should operate different programs for each grade level to lead active employment preparation behavior.
