본 연구는 지역사회교육전문가의 직무에 대한 인식을 체계적으로 분석하여 앞으로의 직무관리와 정책 방안의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 서울지역 지역사회교육전문가 461명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여, ‘집중지원 학생 발굴·지원·관리’, ‘학생 지원을 위한 가정-학교-지역사회 연계 및 학교 중심의 교육복지 네트워크 구축’, ‘사업계획 수립 및 운영, 평가 지원’, ‘교육복지실 운영·관리 및 행정업무’의 4개 직무영역별로 직무의 중요도, 우선도, 수행빈도, 난이도를 살펴보고 연령대와 근무기간에 따른 차이가 있는지도 함께 검토하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역사회교육전문가의 직무에 관한 의의를 논의하였으며, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze the perception of the jobs of community education specialists and present the direction of future job management and policy measures for them. The importance, priority, performance frequency, and difficulty of jobs were examined and also analyzed whether there was a difference according to the age and working period in four job areas: “Finding, Supporting, and Management of Intensive Support Students”, “Building a Family-School-Community Link and School-centered Education and Welfare Network for Student Support”, “Business Plan Establishment, Operation, Evaluation Support”, and “Educational Welfare Office Operation, Management and Administrative Affairs”. Based on the research results, suggestions on the jobs of community education specialists were presented.
